Baby Plants!

Evie and I went to the POP garden today to find little sprouts all over our plot!  We have spinach, kale, red leaf lettuce and arugula popping through the straw that (thankfully) kept them warm through the cold snap.  There is nothing more exciting that watching sprouts grow.  It makes me feel like a kiddo all over again.  :)
